Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. APNAR PROYOJON support team can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped We do charge a delivery fee for canceling an order.

 

The refund process will be initiated after receiving the products from our warehouse. The refund process starts as per the following return type.

 

  1. Refunds from Return- Processing time will be counted within 48 hours after receiving products
    2.  If we approve your request from our end,  it takes an average of 8 -10 days for the    bank to process the transaction.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Use the provided instructions to send the item back to us. Include the RAN and proof of purchase in the package.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for these issues.
